Conditions of Participation

This competition is organized by Changes Mindfulnessway, Canisiusgasse 11/15, 1090 Vienna, as operator of the “Changes Mindfulnessway ” Facebook and “Changes Mindfulnessway ” Instagram accounts (“Organizer”). Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions listed here. By participating, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation.

This competition has no connection with Facebook/Instagram and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Facebook/Instagram in any way. The organizer is the sole contact person and the person responsible.

Participation in the competition is free, voluntary, and does not involve any obligation to purchase. Participation on behalf of third parties is not permitted. Employees of Changes Mindfulnessway and its subsidiaries are excluded from the draw.

To take part in the competition, you must take part in Changes Mindfulnessway Work Preference Study and send a private message to the "Changes Mindfulnessway" account with a screenshot of the completion of the survey. Posts/comments that violate Facebook/Instagram guidelines, Austrian law, our Code of Conduct and/or copyright will be removed without notice after we become aware of them. The participant is therefore excluded from the competition.

There are ten gift bags from Changes Mindfulnessway to be won.

Drawing of prizes
The prize will be drawn after the end of the implementation period, with the public excluded and the principle of randomness guaranteed. The winner will be notified by the organizer via private message. Winners must send their contact and address details via private message to the "Changes Mindfulnessway" Facebook account/"Changes Mindfulnessway" Instagram account within one day (from notification of the win). The winner is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data sent. There is no obligation to accept the prize. If winners do not confirm acceptance of the prize within the above-mentioned period, their claim to the prize will expire without replacement and a replacement winner will be determined using the same procedure. Cash payment, payment in other assets, or exchange of the prize is not possible. Prizes cannot be transferred to third parties.

Miscellaneous
The organizer is generally not liable for the accuracy and completeness of all information and reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. The organizer makes use of this option in particular if the proper conduct of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical or other reasons. The participant has no right to compensation, damages or other claims against the organizer.

The prizes mentioned will be awarded once, throughout Austria. Legal recourse and cash redemption are excluded. In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, Changes Mindfulnessway reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition with immediate effect. The closing date for entries is 17.06.2024 at 05:59 AT time and the prize draw will take place on 17.06.2024 at 20:00 AT time.

In the event of disputes, Austrian law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is agreed, as far as legally permissible, to be the registered office of the organizer. If the participant does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Austria, or moves his/her place of residence abroad after participating, the registered office of the organizer is also agreed as the place of jurisdiction.

Privacy notice
The personal data of the competition participants will not be stored by the organizer. The winners will be notified of their win and asked to send their personal data (e.g. address) by personal message to "Changes Mindfulnessway/Van-Nam Pham". The personal data of the winners will only be used for prize administration and will not be stored, processed, or transferred for advertising purposes. The legal basis for data processing in the context of competitions is Art. 6 Para. 1 b GDPR. Participation in the competition is not possible without this data.

Recipients/categories of recipients
The data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the processing of the competition (e.g. sending the prize via a logistics company) or for publishing the winners. We generally rule out any further passing on to third parties.
Storage period
After the competition has ended and the winners have been announced, the participants' personal data will be deleted. In the case of non-cash prizes, the winners' data will be retained for the duration of the statutory warranty claims in order to arrange for repairs or replacement in the event of a defect.
